Before any procedure, it’s important to have a consultation so that we can discuss what’s involved and the look you would like to achieve.
If agreed upon, we will then set-up an appointment for your initial treatment to begin.
The Initial Treatment
The first treatment appointment will take up to 5 hours and includes the consultation. Pricing starts at $1200 (up to 3 hours) and will increase depending on the degree of baldness or thinning hair. During this visit, we will map the shape of the scalp area to give you your new hairline and also then begin to fill the bald or thinning areas. Any extra hours will be charged at $250 per hour during this visit.
The 2nd Treatment
Your second treatment session will be 7-14 days after your initial treatment and consists of adding texture and density to the initial work done. This will take approx. 2-4 hours and will be done at $1200 (up to 3 hours). Any extra hours will be charged at $200 per hour during this visit.
We will also discuss and revisit the original expectations at this point and decide if additional treatment is required.
The Final Treatment
At your final treatment, we will fill and add more texture and density to the scalp, if it is necessary, to perfect the final look and to meet the original expectations. Your final treatment will be 14 – 30 days after your second treatment. This third treatment only requires about approx. 1-2 hours and will be done at a rate of $250/hr.
*Please note that depending on the area of the scalp where the baldness is occurring and the level of thinness needing coverage this service can take in total anywhere from 6-15 hours.

The deposit for ALL treatment services are NON-REFUNDABLE (Permanent Makeup, Microblading, FusionBrows, Ombre shading brows, Scalp Eyeliner, Lip Contour, and Lash Extension and all other services and treatments.)
All service fees and bundles are final purchases, and deposits are not refundable. A credit will be issued for use on another service or products at our facility only when cancelled within the 48hr. policy period. Any scheduling changes past this 48 hour cancelation period will forfeit the deposit.
This is non-refundable because we block out up to 2-3 hours for the services. Please read a full description of our policies below.
*48HOURS NOTICE FOR A CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED. WHEN YOU CANCEL WITHIN 48HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WE WILL GRANT YOU THE ABILITY TO USE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT. By providing ample time it ensures we will be able to fill your cancelled appointment with someone who may really want or need it.
NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OF SERVICE:
If you do not cancel within the required time or in the case of a NO SHOW, you will still be charged the full price of your scheduled service. At the time of your missed appointment a “no show” setting will be put in our system and it will generate an email requesting payment for the full-price of your scheduled service. Please respect our time and our artists time and make note of this policy. It is non-negotiable.
*If you need to reschedule last-minute (less than the required 48 hours requirement for rescheduling of your appointment) we can reschedule you for a different date, however, if nobody is found to fill your original appointment, you will be charged half the fee of the treatment you are getting done as a penalty and your new appointment will be charged at full price.
*Your and your Artist’s time is valuable, If you are running more than 30 mins late to your appointment, it is considered missed or a no show for the appointment (this includes touch ups)
* When you run late, the artist will have only the remaining time for your booked slot to proceed with the treatment.
*If you miss your touch up appointment, you will be charged $150 additional to reschedule another appointment treatment.

What is Scalp Micropigmentation or SMP ?
Scalp Micropigmentation or SMP, is the process of adding thousands of pigmented, simulated hair follicles to the lower epidermal and/or upper dermal layer of the skin. These simulated hair follicles fill in the white space on the scalp, giving the appearance of a fuller, thicker head of hair.
How is Scalp Micropigmentation or SMP applied?
Specialized equipment with pigment specifically made for Scalp Micropigmentation is then used to apply microdots to the scalp to give the appearance of hair follicles.
Will the color look natural?
Yes. We work with you to design and blended shade of pigment that is natural in appearance and blends with your skin tone and remaining hair.
Does the color fade with time?
Yes. We use only medical grade pigments which is designed specifically for Scalp Micropigmentation. With time and sun exposure these pigment can lighten and it may be necessary to have a touch-up treatment to bring the appearance back to its optimal best.
Can you create a natural looking hairline?
Yes, we can. We will carry out a comprehensive consultation with you prior to the procedure to understand what you are hoping to achieve and what is important to you. This is a very important part of the process and we always recommend a natural-looking hairline.
How long does a procedure take?
In most case 2-3 sessions are required to achieve the desired look. The first two sessions will be building the density and the third session completes the feathering and definition aspect of the procedure. We recommend 10-14 days between sessions to allow for sufficient healing.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind all our procedures with a 12-month satisfaction guarantee.
Does it hurt?
Some points on the scalp may be more sensitive than others. We have a medical grade anesthetic cream on hand if required. The cream will numb the area being treated and you should feel little to no real discomfort during the procedure.
